Description
Guaco (Mikania guaco) may have anti-inflammatory, antiallergic, and bronchodilator properties. Guaco may address upper respiratory problems like asthma, bronchitis, colds, and flu, anti-inflammatory agent for rheumatoid arthritis and inflammation in the digestive tract and as an antibacterial for Candida and yeast infections. It contains around 10 percent coumarin, which may has blood-thinning properties.

Guaco (Mikania guaco) is usually consumed as an infusion/tea—4 oz. Standard infusion: 1 tablespoon herb to 1 cup/8 oz. of boiling water. Steep the herb in the boiling water for 15–20 minutes.
