NormasHerbs is committed to providing the highest potency of herbs and products possible. In order to retain the freshness of our herbs, Normasherbs.com does not accept returns. A cancellation before shipment has a 10% processing fee. For orders of our Reversal packages or any package or customs orders where the invoice is sent via email; If your order is cancelled the cost of your order will be returned to you minus a 25% restocking fee.
The Packages are made with the freshest of herbs for maximum potency. When a Package order is placed a team is sent out into the jungles in and around Honduras to gather, cut and dry the herbs for your order. Exception to Normasherbs.com Return Policy If you have mistakenly ordered teas when meaning to order capsules, you may then send the items back to Normasherbs.com at your cost for shipping and for a fee of $20.00 + shipping. This will be invoiced to you via email. We will prepare and transfer the exact herbs you sent back into capsules. Based on the amount and type of herbs you return from a tea order you will more than likely receive back more capsules than if you had originally ordered herbs in capsule form. All other shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer. If Normasherbs.com has sent you an incorrect item you may keep it and we will then send you the correct item and pay for the cost of shipping the correct item to you. All other shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer. In our continued commitment to offer the highest quality items we are not able to honor requests for product exchanges and/or store credits of any kind.
Shipping & International Policy
We ship worldwide and provide tracking on all orders.
Customs, duties, taxes, and any pickup requirements are the customer’s responsibility. Your local carrier or customs office may require you to pay fees and/or pick up the parcel.
When tracking shows the shipment has reached your destination country (e.g., “Arrived in destination country,” “Held at customs,” “Available for pickup”), risk of loss and responsibility transfer to you. We are not responsible for delays, storage fees, or missed pickups once a parcel is available in your country.
Unclaimed / Refused / Returned packages
If a parcel is returned to us, we will refund the product price only, minus the original shipping charge and any return shipping or carrier/customs fees billed to us.
If the parcel is not returned (e.g., abandoned or destroyed by customs), no refund is available.
Incorrect / Incomplete address & missed delivery attempts
If the address provided is incorrect/incomplete or delivery/pickup attempts are missed, the same “Unclaimed/Returned” policy applies.Damaged or lost in transit
If you believe a carrier scan is in error or your parcel arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of the scan or delivery with your order number and photos so we can review with the carrier.By placing an international order, you agree to this policy.
