Bladderwrack is a type of kelp or seaweed that is harvested along the North Atlantic coastline. Bladderwrack contains iodine, calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, minerals and trace metals. People with negative iodine reactions should not use Bladderwrack. Bladderwrack is a nourishing kelp that addresses obesity with tiredness and dry skin, cellulite, chronic dry skin and stubborn constipation. When used regularly it could delays the progress of arthritis and hardening of the arteries, a good tonic for old age, or children with slow mental and physical development.
